The common area facilities are among the best in Isla Vista and include a high-speed computer lab with two sound-proof study rooms. Our recreation center has a large-screen theater, plus TV screens throughout, a beautiful fireplace, a fitness center with treadmills, spin and stationary bikes, eliptical machines and a weight cable machine. We also have a ping-pong table, a pool table, and a foosball table. Other amenities include a gated community with off-street parking and an on-site laundry room.
